MY SIDE OF THE MOUNTAIN a book review by Louis Meikle

My side of the moutain is a good book for people who like adventure and excitement.

It is a story of wilderness survival and living off the land.

A young boy, Sam, runs away from New York and lives in the mountains where he trains a pet falcon to hunt for him and lots of animals become his friends.

Some dangers come in all the seasons, for example in spring there are lots of hunters in the woods.

It is set in America so there was some animals I had never heard of, like racoons.
